The final design, of which moulds will be made. Magnetic sliders and a bendable aluminium wire head band allow for a wide range of proper fit.
This is the MSD-sized prototype, SD version looks the same, just bigger (same aluminium wire: couldn't find much variety in thickness there. The iron wires are bigger, though).

Ignore the white stuff, it's eye putty: the whole thing had to be temporarily held together before moulding.
